Wellness encompasses many things, but I use it to refer to some additional therapies I practice to enhance the spiritual healing work I do, and whilst not being healing in their own right, used alongside healing they are able to give a more rounded healing experience. There are many recognised health benefits to any form of massage. HOPI EAR CANDLES AND MASSAGE
This ancient native american treatment has proved extremely beneficial in the relief of ear and sinus blockages. It is completely safe and is extremely relaxing. We now use them for a number of other conditions such as sinusitis, rhinitis, hay fever, snoring, Méniére’s disease and vertigo.

Meditation and Relaxation techniques
Meditation is an ancient art that requires one to still and calm the mind to achieve a state of peace or bliss. This is often quite difficult to do without training and by using breathing techniques and both guided and non-guided visualisation and imagery, you will be able to calm the mind, free it from the endless thoughts that circulate and achieve a state of peace.
Meditation techniques are also used as a spiritual development tool to calm the mind, open your consciousness and link with your Spirit Guides and helpers.
Relaxation techniques are similar but would not necessarily be used as a way of opening a channel with your Spirit Guides. Relaxation techniques are taught as a way of calming the mind and body to release stress and tensions.
Both the meditation and relaxation techniques taught will give you a safe platform to develop further. You will be taught how to ground yourself, methods of protection and how to use both meditation and relaxation for self healing purposes. There are numerous benefits to both these practices which will empower you and bring about a sense of well-being.
