6 WEEK COURSE - BEGINNERS GUIDE TO MEDITATION & VISUALISATION

Takes you through the basics from learning how to breathe correctly to quietening the mind to bring about a sense of peace and calmness. Using tried and tested techniques and visualisations we can help you tap into that inner self that wants to be in control and peaceful, helping you move forward and make positive change.

As well as running a healer training course once a year which takes you from a novice with a deep interest in helping others through the act of Spiritual Healing to full Healer Accreditation, I also run courses and workshops which are designed to help you;

  • I use relaxation, visualisation and meditation to help you make change and move on from where you feel stuck and unable to let go of the past, to finding a place where you feel comfortable with yourself, more in control and able to start making positive change in your life.

    The courses and workshops I run can be adapted to help in specific areas too and are open to everyone who wants to make positive change in their lives.

    The following courses and workshops are designed to help provide strategies for change. There are times in all our lives when our health is out of balance, when our emotional levels are out of balance and our work life ratio is out of balance. Balance is essential in all things to ensure finely tuned physical bodies work in harmony with our mental and emotional bodies. By understanding the way our mind and body works together we will feel empowered and in control.

    Relaxation & Meditation—A beginners course

    A 6 week course held 3 times a year. The course will teach the very basics of relaxation and meditation techniques from breathing to focusing the mind. Once these basic techniques are mastered it is easier to find the time and space to calm and relax the mind and body.

    Relaxation & Meditation—Intermediate course

    A basic 6 week beginners course will need to have been completed before joining this course or at least some previous experience and an understanding of the techniques. This course will provide strategies for clear thinking through focused techniques. A very calming and relaxing experience once mastered.

    Visualisation course

    If you can close your eyes and visualise a picture in your mind then you will be able to attend this visualisation course. Visualisation is used to calm and heal the inner mind and body. Through these techniques we can see where and why we are holding on to old, redundant thoughts feelings and energy and how we can let them go, encouraging positive change in our lives. A 4 week course open to all

    Stess—the physiological effects on the mind and body
    Part 1 and Part 2


    This short course has been designed to show you the physical effect that stress and anxiety have on the body, the chemical reactions and the impact on mood, organ function and reduction in quality of life. By understanding the process involved we are more able to understand the detrimental effects and make change. The course is over 2 evenings held 4 times a year.

    Stress and Anxiety Management—how to make positive change

    Once the cause of stress and anxiety are understood it is easier to develop strategies that will enable you to make positive change.The techniques demonstrated will show you how to take control of situations so that you feel empowered and in control—stress and anxiety no longer control you, you control them. A life changing workshop open to everyone. A full day held 6 times a year.

    Bereavement— understanding the grieving process

    Bereavement is usually only thought of in terms of losing a loved one through death. In truth, many of us grieve for all sorts of losses in our lives from the loss of a friendship to the loss of a much loved pet and feel no-one understands and that we cannot cope very well. Of course, if you are struggling to cope with a loss of any description it will have a profound effect on you and will have an impact on how you function from day to day. Very often people will feel they cannot talk to friends and family about their loved one who has passed, after all, it was a long time ago wasn't it?..... having space to talk these issues through - no matter how long ago it happened - is an important step in building a new life with purpose. This is an evening workshop held 4 times throughout the year and open to all.
